Salento and Cocora Valley: the treasures of the Coffee Region

It is a natural landscape located in a mountainous valley of the central mountain range of the Colombian Andes, specifically in the department of Quindío, being part of the Snowy National Park.
Curiosities of the site:
The wax palm reaches up to 60 meters and can live 200 years, they are increasingly threatened by the progress of livestock.
The average temperature is 18 degrees Celsius and it has an urban population of approximately 3000 inhabitants and in the rural area a population of 5500 inhabitants.
